tuning guide wanted

Hi everybody,

I would love to have a tuning guide for a standard ubuntu box.
Sample config files for mysql (innodb), php, apache and zabbix would be great !

I'm monitoring 200 routers (about 20 snmp oids each, polling intervall between 30 and 120 sec) which gives me a system load of 10-20 on my 4 x 2GHz xeon/10GB ubuntu box.
I'm about to add 120 windows servers and Im afraid that the box cant handle that much more.

Does anyone have any tips and trix (especially regarding mysql) I would be greatful !

Monitoring of 200 routers is nothing for your hardware. Minimize number of pollers and tune MySQL
