    zabbix 1.4.1 & negative numbers

    Ok I setup a new item:
    Desc: Average_RSSI
    Type: SNMPv1 agent
    SNMP OID: TRANZEO-MIB::rssi.2
    SNMP port: 161
    Key: TRANZEO-MIB::rssi.2
    Type of Info: I've tried Numeric Integer and Numberic Float
    mult: do not use
    store value: As Is

    The value is showing up as 0. Below is the snmpwalk results

    zabbix# snmpwalk -v 1 -c community 10.20.58.6 TRANZEO-MIB::rssi.2
    TRANZEO-MIB::signalaverage.0 = INTEGER: -61

    update

    I changed the store value to 'as is' and now I always get this as the value:

    18446744073709552000

    Which was the same exact thing that zabbix 1.4 showed

    On the unit that I'm polling from, here are the snmp options, and I've tried all 3 with the same results:

    32-bit Counter (compliant)
    64-bit Integer
    64-bit Counter

        negative

        When I get some free time this weekend I'm going to debug the process and see if I can't find out where it's broken.

          Fixed in the latest pre 1.4.2 code.

              I have installed zabbix 1.4.2 (Database Postgres)
              ZABBIX Server (daemon) v1.4.2 (20 August 2007)
              Compilation time: Sep 20 2007 15:02:59

              snmpget -O n -c public -v 1 router-wlan .1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.1.2.1.3.0.12.66.12.134.61.4
              .1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.1.2.1.3.0.12.66.12.134.61.4 = INTEGER: -72

              zabbix shows
              18446744073709551544

              I tried "Numeric integer 64bit", Numeric float and Text. I always get the wrong values.
              So negative Values does not work.

              --EDIT--
              I rebuild zabbix 1.4.2 create a new item with Numeric float and now it works.
