Monitoring the Traffic, sorted by IP?

Hi,
I am using an older Version from Zabbix ( 1.1 ) for our Webservers. I figured out that one Server got lot of Traffic. But I don't know why!
So is it possible for Zabbix to examine which IPs make the traffic on this server ?

I read this Manpage now 3 times on 3 different Days.

I am too stupid to understand how to do what I want with tcpdump.

Can you help me a littlebit more ?
