How to Monitor MsSQLserver

Hi all,

I've looking for informations about how can i monitor my Microsoft SQL Servers and I think SNMP is the better way, but I couldn't find enough informations about OIDs, MIBs, etc.

Can Someone explain me how can i monitor this mssql box ?
