First, please only post your question in one place - it makes it much easier for those that help.
Second, descriptive titles get help faster. A title of "Help" is usually looked over.
Third, the answer you are looking for:
A) Create a new item
Type: Zabbix agent
Key: system.cpu.util[,system,avg1]
Type of Information: Numeric (float)
Units: %
Use Multiplier: Do not use
B) Create a trigger with the expression:
system.cpu.util[,system,avg1].last(0)>50
