Again: No actions found

First of all I've read a lot of threads about this problem but I found no solution for me. I defined some actions for testing if it works - so for example I defined an action for "FTP service is not running on vmware" (vmware is the hostename of an physical machine). The conditions are:

Host = "vmware"
Trigger = "FTP server is down on vmware"
Trigger severity = "High"
Trigger value = "FALSE"

and the operation is:

Send message to Group "Network administrators"

I cloned the Trigger "Template_Linux FTP service is not running on vmware" to "FTP service is not running on vmware" and disabled the one from the template and set the severity to "High" (I did that because I've read about someone how got it working with the severity "High" but not working with severity "Averange") - but still no actions found

The Triggers tell me:
ALARMS: "FTP server is down on vmware"
vmware:net.tcp.service[ftp].last(0)=0
2007.Aug.09 17:07:57 TRUE - 4.8 days 4.8 days 100%

So I can't find any reason why no action is defined for that Trigger??

I didn't change anything but now it works.
