How to use service feature with Web

Is it possible to link Service and Web section.

Eg:
if an URl is unreachable, I want to calculate SLA by zabbix.

This is possible! Evenry step of WEB monitoring automatically creates several items. These item can be used for triggers. The triggers can be used for IT Services to define and calculate availability of services.
