SVN access connection refused

Hello,
I was trying to grab the latest copy of the code in the SVN repo, but I am not having much luck. I keep getting an error:
svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.zabbix.com': Connection refused

I have not yet determined if the server is down or if I am doing something wrong. Can anyone confirm and/or post what it is I am supposed to do?

is working fine for me.

Thanks for checking for me.
I think it is a firewall issue on my end, I just was not aware of it.
I just tried again and still get the connection refused error so I ssh'd into a friends box in another city and it worked just fine.

Thanks for looking into this for me. Now that I know the problem I can find a solution
