    Windows Server CPU Load

    Hi,
Zabbix frequently send an alert "Processor load is too high on..." on a Windows server 2003. To diagnose the problem I need to monitor the server in more details with Windows Performance Monitor. The usual counters like:
    - \System\Processes
    - \System\Processor Queue Length
    - \\SP-NICKEL\Memory\Pages/sec
    - \PhysicalDisk(_Total)\Avg. Disk Queue Length
    - \Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time

do not give me any sign of "CPU Load". May someone give me the counters and the calculations involved in the computation of Windows CPU Load ?

    Thanks.

      No.
The factual accuracy of this article is disputed.
On Unixoïd systems we can compare with the "top" or "uptime" the values retrieved by Zabbix.
On Windows systems, there is no command that gives that information directly and I am wondering how Zabbix computes this. It probably retrieves the process queue length at a given interval and takes care (or not) of threads... I would like to see the exact way Zabbix computes that in order to see what are these alerts for.
      Thanks.
