Confused about Zabbix Components

Hi ,
I am trying to evaluate zabbix , it looks like a very impressive tool !
.
I installed Version 1.0 but i am a bit confused about what each part does .

can you please correct me if i am wrong ?

zabbix_agent - component to run on machines i want to monitor run from inetd ?

zabbix_agentd - component to run on machines i want to monitor run as standalone ?

zabbix_suckerd - component responsible for collection of info from the zabbix_agent/d ?

zabbix_trapper/d -component for snmp traps ?

I am sorry but i could not find this info anywhere in the documentation .

We all know the docs don't explain much...

But i think it's all correct, except the trapperd...that i'm not sure because i don't use it.
And i use the 1.1 alpha8 that i don't recoment... if you want for something better use alpha7
