UML Diagram

im currently developing an UML Diagram out of the Zabbix php Code.
I have reached a point, where (in my opinion) it is impossible to "add" more information without understanding and knowing the code like the developers.
This point leads me to my question: Maybe a developer made such an UML. If so, is it possible to get (or take a look at) the UML?
