initial login problem

I've installed zabbix 1.0 but when I'm already accessing it thru http://localhost/zabbix
the login screen immediately displays error: login name or password incorrect

I tried using Admin with empty password but to no avail. I can't proceed.... pls. help...

there should be a file in your zabbix web directory called 'db.inc.php'. this file should contain the login details for the mysql/postgres database 'zabbix' (or whatever name you are using for the db). if you set the paramaters to be the same as what you have chosen ie db name,user,password then it should be able to connect.
