I am running the zabbix_server on an active machine. Sometimes MySQL is restart on this machine resulting in the zabbix_server process to be stopped. Unfortunately Zabbix is of course not warning me about this issue (since the server is down!). Why is the zabbix-server stopping itself and not just waiting for MySQL to come back online?
