Comparing values over multiple hosts

I'd like to get an alert when a value (for example system.localtime) from all hosts in a template differs too much from referencehost. How would the trigger expression look like?

You may use trigger function fuzzytime() to check if local time on a monitored host is in sync with ZABBIX server.
