Flexible Intervals ?

If i want a check to happen at 23:59 each night, should I use the Flexible Interval feature? If so, Can i just do something like

Delay:59
Period: 23:58 - 23:59

??

The flexible interval cannot be used to specify exact check execution time.

Could I recreate the same effect by setting an interval of 99999999 and then a flexible interval of 30 between 23:57 and 23:59 ?
