    Monitoring NFS over SNMP?

Hey all I have been doing some testing here with Zabbix and love the tool. I am now trying to do some monitoring of NFS mounts over SNMP, but have yet to figure out a good solution. Has anyone ever done this? Does anyone have a good idea on how one might approach such a task?

Thanks in advance for any input you may offer.

Ok so I have done a lot of digging around on this one and it seems like a viable solution would be to use a combination of SNMP and a Perl program called nfsstats.pl . This will query the standard nfsstats and turn that data into an OID with information in it. I haven't yet implemented this as my host is giving me hell with some of the @INC paths for my modules (you will need all the CPAN SNMP modules for this), but I wanted to share this information in case any others need to do this over SNMP.
