snmp latest date, grouping information

We have a cisco catalyst in our network and i am able to see some data, great!
But i was wondering if it is possible to group these loads of data.
I have 220 ports and vlans, all with a description, ifIn and ifOut. Beside that there is some management information.

Is it possible to group this kind of information, like zenoss? Some info about the catalyst, list of ports and vlans (clickable to see a graph)?

How did you get all of that in?
Did you manually go and specify them all?

Just used the snmpv2 template and added more ports, vlans and discriptions....
