    Zabbix Agnet for OpenVMS

    Hi All,

I want to know, if anyone has tried to monitor OpenVMS ?
I mean if somebody has translate Zabbix Agent on OpenVMS .
I have some Alphas on OpenVMS Version 7.3-2 and it will be fun if I could inclure them on the Zabbix Monitoring.

    Thanks,

    Eerik

both we are looking for the same, since, I have two clients who need to monitor their nodes that have operating system OpenVMS but we have not been able to obtain it, for that reason I am looking for somebody that knows to do this, do you have any idea about this?

I don't have any experience with OpenVMS but I think that you could at least:
        1. Use Zabbix "simple checks "
        2. Check if you can activate SNMP agent on OpenVMS. According to HP documentation, it should be possible.

        Hope this helps
