Need to make Child with more than one Parent

I would like to set up a scenario where I have one or many child noeds that share data up to more than one Master. This would allow me to NOT have a single point of failure in my monitoring. If I have 10 children and they all send thier info to 5 remote masters then if one master exploded, the rest would still be moving ahead.

Please advise how to accomplish this.

This scenario is not supported in 1.4.x and it probably won't be supported in 1.6.x as well.

      Hi,

you can always do-it-yourself, although the load on the (primary)
      ZABBIX-Server will be even higher.

Setup a second one and use MySQL-replication to that one.
And use virtual IPs you can switch between those two.

      Just my idea.
      Regards,

      Norbert.
