    Producing SLA's

    Hi Folks,

I have been evaluating Zabbix with the possibility of using it to produce SLA's on servers, networking hardware and services. So far it seems to be nice, but I have to admit - the UI is a bit confusing!

Is it possible to produce plain text, or tab/comma delimited text files to load into a spreadsheet for producing SLA reports? I presume this could be done straight from the MySQL database, but I don't know how to do this, and our DBA's asked for a data map of some sort before they would look at the database...

    Thanks

    M.

    Help?

Is anyone able to help with this - I am still a little stuck on getting Zabbix to do what I want...

    Thanks,

    M.

It currently only has the "IT Services" section - which unfortunately somewhat broken and limited to only a 7 day SLA (not useful for the majority of the IT Business World).

I understand this maybe fixed in the fabled 1.6 version due for release in December?
