uptime en users, manual

I have strange situation

This is the situation
Item "system.uptime” works but the manual says it can't work on windows template but the code is in the template

Now i want a item that show the member of users on the servers "system.users.num" this code i also standing in windows template and the manual says that this code can't work in the windows template

The point is if I put this item on zabix items i get zero results (no error)
The system.uptime wasn't made by my self in zabbix.

The questions are:
Is the manual v1,4 incorrect on this code can or can't work ?
Am I missing something compared to uptime code that it doesn’t work?
Is there other way to get the numbers of users on the server whit Zabbix?

the manual

I investigated it further and i now know that the manual are wrong on those key's
system.uptime is supported in the windows template (old documentation )
and system.users is not supported.

is the only option now trough smntp to get the numbers of users at the server ?
