Hi all,
Is there an alternate way to check to see if a process is running on a FreeBSD system through zabbix? I try to run a zabbix_agentd -t proc.num[filename] and get zabbix_agent: No match. Obviously this isn't supported on BSD, but is there a workaround for this?
This is very frustrating as we have many BSD systems. We are eventually going to be migrating to linux-based, but in the meantime, it'd sure be nice if I can monitor these.
I've been trying to sell Zabbix with our other sysadmins who have been using Big Brother for quite some time now.
Any help or advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris
