Where is the memory gone ?

I am using Zabbix on a Linux (Fedora Core 6) Host with 1.2 GB Phys. RAM and created a graph for Memory Usage.

For example i have 25 MB Free, 208 MB Cached, 10 MB Buffers and 0 MB Shared Memory.

This is about 243 Mb of Memory, but where is the Rest ?

You forgot to mention "used" memory. Its probably all used, which is normal .

Tnx for your input, but i tried vm.memory.size[used] and zabbix says not supported.

That is because there isn't a direct value in linux for pulling out the amount of used RAM. That should be calculated from the amount of total RAM, minus the different types you mentioned in the first post.
