Modify default Action message

Hi,

is it possible to modify the defaut Action message (e-mail) sent when a Trigger is triggered?

E.g. : Say my host is called "myserver", the default message sends :

myserver (ON) or myserver (OFF)

I know I can customize it for each trigger, but this is time-consuming and I'd like to do it globally.
