sms notification not works fine

I use minicom and test some AT,it's all fine.But when I look monitor/atcions there is a error message :"expect[OK],recieve[]".
I change debuglevel=4,get some message like gsm write [at+cmee=2?]
is there any tools can test the gsm modem that works for zabbix.
zabbix 1.4.4 on ubuntu 7.10

delete | CRTSCTS
for my gsm modem not support hardware flow control
