admin no permissions

hello,
i have installed zabbix v1.0 at home.
but the problem is :
i use login :admin
i'am connected as admin but i can't do any thing (hosts,config, users,graphs,......................) it says "no permissions.

i have verifyed that user admin exists in users table, but i don't understand why it doesn't work correctly.

please answer me quickly.

it was a problem of cookies! i had refused cookies!
