View 1 host per user account

Is it possible to make a user account that see only one host with all the information of that host.

You may create a host group per each host and grant permissions to see only one group to every user.

Thanks voor the quick reaction. but must I make a group for all the hosts?
There is in the user permission is a parameter called Resource ID (0 for all) can we use that.
