How i can create a Trigger on Availability

Is a Host Offline the Availability Status is on "Not available" Error is Cannot connect to SERVER.... [Interruped system call]. How i can a create a trigger to send a mail on a user to check the Server?

There are 2 ways I monitor availability on my server, with the agent.ping and with icmppingsec. I believe the agent.ping trigger was in the AIX template by default, and for icmppingsec I check to see if that number is 0. Here is my trigger info for icmppingsec: {Template_Galaxy:icmppingsec.last(0)}=0. If that doesn't meet your needs, I'll try and help, but I'm truly a novice.
