Zabbix with Mysql on Windows Host

I've got a short question.
Zabbix with Mysql on a Windows Host supported?

You can't run a Zabbix server on Windows.

Zabbix is on a CentOS Machine,
but Mysql is on a Windows Server 2003 SP2.

Is this supported?

I'm sure it is, the server conf has a DBHost parameter. (Even though has an incorrect explanation in the manual...)

You are right, it is the DatabaseHostname, not the Database-Name.
I've set in the zabbix_serverd.conf the following line and commented the connect through sockets line.

DBHost = winsrv

winsrv is the Windows 2003 Server SP2 with the Mysql-Server.
