snmptrapd.conf not found

hello,
i have already installed netsnmp and it works correctly ( i can monitor router using snmp). now i want to configure snmptrapd.conf.
the problem i don't find snmptrapd.conf file. i don't know what must i do? i have to download it seperatly or what?!!!!

snmptrapd.conf is part of net-snmp or ucd-snmp package.
