    Help!!!! I'm lost.

I'm trying to learn this behemoth but I'm having trouble figuring it out. I want to monitor the status of some of our network elements. I'm not sure if SNMP checks or a simple ping would be efficient. Either way, I'm not sure how to get this going. Do I set up each element as it's own Host? If so, then what?

Yes I've already gone through it. However it doesn't do the best job of laying out examples on how to set it up.

Post your setup, configuration and what you are trying to do. Just saying it does not work is not enough...

Well what exactly do you mean for my setup and configuration? We have zabbix installed on a linux server right now and i would like to monitor Motorola Canopy antennas that the server can see through our VPN. We mainly want to start monitoring so that Zabbix can let us know by email if it can not see a radio. I'm not sure how to get this setup.
