Windows Active Template

Just in case anyone looks for a Template using the Agent in Active mode (agent sends the info to server only) I created a simple one to monitor the most basic things. I think is important to call them more or less the same so that you can see them on the same area on the screen. In the current templates you hav4e Free Memory and Total Memory so those two counters are actually far apart when you are using Monitoring/Overview. By calling them Memory Free and Memory Total they stack on on top of the other. Also, there is a typo on the Windows template for Average Disk Queue lenght,

perf_counter[\PhysicalDisk(_Total)\Avg. Disk Read Queue Length]

is the correct value as there is no space between "Physical Disk".
