Is there a way to use contexts for SNMP requests within Zabbix? It's a feature of v3 and it's supported by the net-snmp package.
My reason for wanting this feature is to be able to use a single Linux server as a proxy/gateway for monitoring all of the devices within a physical location. Using net-snmp, I can create a context for each device; and when I request that context in the snmp command, the server will forward the request to the appropriate device.
I can't seem to find a way within Zabbix to append additional parameters to the SNMP request.
Any clues which direction I should look to?
