How many entries in the queue are normal?

How many entries in the queue are normal?

When I increase the value of trappers and pollers in zabbix_server.conf the queue-entries wouldnt lesser.

And how could I lower these values (over 5 sec.)?

Some (30) of the >5 min. entries are from agents which are down at this moment, all others are online.

You may want to check if the hostname variable in the zabbix_agentd.conf on all agents has the correct hostame (which MUST correspond, case sensitive, with the hostname defined in the zabbix_server) configured.
If you copied the zabbix_agentd.conf between monitored servers, this is easily forgotten and the agents will identify themselves as the wrong host.

the hostname variable in the zabbix_agentd.conf on all agents is exactly the hostname defined in zabbix.
As you see there are many items which are snmp-polled. These are delayed too.

you should enable the logging thingie.
AFAIK, several functions will not run client-side if it is not supported (but not report back). For example disk usage under solaris will not report back thats its not supported and thus stay in the queue.

There is a pulldown in the queue windows to see a detailed view of which specific items / hosts its waiting on.
