I'm using Zabbix to monitor various values on my servers and Cacti to monitor network traffic, I use the URL resource to show the Cacti graphs in a Zabbix screen. What I want to do is to link the Cacti graph in the Zabbix screen to the relevant host in Cacti. Is there a way to do this?
