Triggers/Actions Show hostnames

I have created a template to monitor various Windows services instead of adding them one at a time to each host. The problem is, when an action sends an email because of a trigger, all I get is something like:

Service: WWW Publishing Status: ON

Thats not very helpful at all, I have no idea what host fired off the trigger.

How do I include in the email what host the event is refering to?

add {HOSTNAME}.

you can also add {DATE},{TIME}
