Okay, can this be done in Zabbix yet? Trying to recreate as best that I can. Would like to have a network diagram, that when I click on an individual server would bring up some sort of system health status page similar to the following even if not quite as "pretty" at the moment.

No, there isn't such feature in Zabbix, and I don't think that it is needed. If you wan't to have some sort of overview of a server, you would have to create a screen for it, with the informations you want to know. -
Well, there is a feature called "map". That gives you the ability to create a network diagram of all monitored hosts and links between them. If there are any issues reported by Zabbix, it will show up on the map automagically in near real time.
If you have your own network diagram, and you want to get some URL when you click on one of the hosts, you could get Zabbix to spit out a status of that host, but it would require some scripting.
