Acitve Directory OK?

i would like to know, how know a Active Directory is OK?
I already test the port 389 (LDAP) but i would to test AD directly. If you have an idea, give me please.

If find the solution, i quote this if anybody is interest.

dcdiag /v | find "correctly" /C

This return 1 if AD is OK
