    help ?

    *bump*

the reason i am doing these is because i want to display my 4 zabbix maps (each from a zabbix server and i got 4 servers) on 1 webpage. probably i will do the HTML frame thingy so that the webpage is vertically divided into 4 rows.

will change php codes of zabbix frontends help ?

I guess you could remove all the authentication parts in the PHP code, or just get some wget kind of script to download the image (it makes you possible to use cookies etc.)

it would not work when i remove the auth parts. it does not work also when i tried /zabbix/index.php?name=xxxx&passwird=xxxxx

all i wanted was to have a direct link to maps.php (to show overview of my network) without the need to login.

        cheers

Anybody have a solution for this question?

I would love to have this functionality for our intranet page aswel.

Without having to login with guest & no password it would be nice to include the login in the link so the user jumps to the maps right away.

Anybody know hwo to do this?

I think you will need to authorize the guest user to view the contents of those maps (host/hostgroup wise). If you do this, you dont need to pass credentials.

I did this but I would like to skip the login page and login with guest, is this possible by a link on a website? (intranet)

edit : awesome that works, but I would prefer to have a (simple) password on the guest account. Would it be possible to use a password in the link?

Even better would be to just display the map itself and not the complete zabbix website. Because I only want to display that specific map. A screenshot with refresh would be fine (they do not need to be able to click on the server)

Would this be possible? So I would like to display : http://zabbix/maps.php?sysmapid=2 without the rest of the zabbix functionality, options, buttons.. just the image itself.

i guess this is security issue. but i am currently deploying 4 zabbix servers and the 5th might be coming soon. As a NOC, if i ever need to view the overall health of my company deployed networkS, i would have to login 4 times which might not be that 'efficient' though you could say i am lazy

If you are going to provide some form of login credentials or, other form of authentication bypassing, in a link url, whats the point?
Might as well increase guest privileges and add RO to several hosts/groups

I think that SQUID will give you the solution for this problem.

You can use SQUID to automatic login to the Zabbix server.

Hi, I want to do the same thing. Did you find how to do ?

My colleague asks me to export this image and to send it by e-mail.

I really don't know how to have a direct link and how to export this image without logging ???

                      Thanks,
                      Fatiha
