Can't find Step by step upgrade zabbix, Help !!!

I was wondering if someone know how upgrade zabbix 1.4.2 to 1.4.5?

I can't find how to on the manual

Sorry If it is a simple question. I really don't know.

Im running Zabbix server on a virtual machine i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux, CentOS release 4.5 (Final), I hope that helps sith something.
