net traffic in core switches and routers!?

hello everyone my question is, how can i monitor net traffic in core switches and routers? and how can i check the status of those? oh!.. and web services to.

and another thing, i'm gonna set an example of the problem i want to solve.
lets say for example i'm monitoring CPU usage of a server and i have the trigger set at 75% so if CPU usage goes above 75% it will send me an e-mail, the thing is that sometimes CPU usage goes above 75% but only for 2 or 3 seconds, obviously the event is triggered and the e-mail is sent, what i want to know is, can i configure the event so that zabbix sends me the e-mail only if the CPU usage is above 75% but for a time of 2 or 3 minutes lets say 2 minutes, if the CPU usage is above 75% for 2 minutes then send me the e-mail.

well thats it, thanks in advance for your reply i hope it comes soon..

All you need covered by ZABBIX. All you need to do also documented on ZABBIX manual.

    Thanks,
