PATCH: linux agent block IO (vmstat)

Find attached patch which adds block IO totals (read/written)
read from pgpgin and pgpgout fields from /proc/vmstat
(or page field from /proc/stat on earlier kernels).

Logic copied from vmstat utility from procps package.

Patch against current trunk.
