PATCH: web frontend template soft links

Attached patch adds JavaScript menu
for each template name in "Templates" column
on Hosts and Templates screens.

Menu is the same with the one which pops up
when clicking "Select" link in the rightmost column
on Hosts and Templates screens.


Patch against current trunk.
