This patch will change the hostnames across the top of the overview page into hyperlinks to the latest data page for that hostname. I am running 1.4.5 myself and that is the only version I have done any testing on.

I know very little about php so I put off tackling this myself for a long time. This is kind of an ugly solution because I had to create a temporary variable to avoid breaking other functions. My hope was that someone with actually skill would like this feature and write a more elegant patch that might get incorporated into the code base.
