It would be nice to have a direct link to the trigger in the dashboard so that the monitoring team can directly access the event and there is no need to navigate through the menu. Also it is convenient to show a comment for a possible "what must be done" explanation. The change is just a frontend patch of block_inc.php (done in 1.6.2).
