[1.4.6][frontend] "dependences" is still now

According to 1.4.6 Release Note, "dependences" is corrected to "dependencies". But it's not complete.

It's a trivial bug which I found in localization file.
Because, it seems "S_NO_DEPENDENCES_DEFINED" is not used.
