[1.6.5][frontend] Time grid alignment

this patch aligns time grid of graph to better suit human eyes. It aligns the grid to whole "units": 1/5/15/30 minutes, 1/3/6 hours

Here is slightly modified patch which will work with php > 4.2

Is it possible to use "to_time" in "date" func when getting the $offset? When looking at graph across date with daylight saving time adjustments, dates does not display correctly (are shifted).

And also, using modified patch, sometimes there are some grid lines missing at the beginning/end and there is one extra label out of grid without grid line, mixed into the other labels (sometimes covering the others)

Yes, probably to_time could be used here. This deylightsaving offset is a problem a bit.
