Patch : localize min/max/avg/last/no data strings in graphs

Hi,

Attached patch replace 'min', 'max', 'last', 'avg' and 'no data' with localized versions in graphs.

It applies on 1.7.2.

please attach patches to the tracker report, though - that makes it easier to track, they can get lost in forum
if that's a new feature, use ZBXNEXT project, if a bug - ZBX. untranslatable strings is considered a bug.
