XML Export of HEAD (r21434) does not work

I am using r21434 of svn://svn.zabbix.com/trunk and I could not export templates of XML. I do not know the actual cause but the attached patch fix
at least exports of items (graph cannot be exported yet).

If you can point out the exact cause, it would be appreciated very much.

this was initially broken by the implementation of multiple interface support (where item must belong to a specific interface now) and is tracked at https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-3531
