PATCH: Template Patch for Zabbix 1.1.1

Yea, i also wonder if this would be integrated into zabbix at all?
it's very usefull but i affraid it would prevent us from upgrading all the time due to incompatibility issues...

in the meantime i am waiting for a patch for 1.1.2

I have done with the patch for 1.1.1 included fixes for template dependency and application copy.
I will upload the ported version for 1.1.2 today.
